Small Business Owner

Guest post from: Joe Castro Being a small business employee was hard but being an OWNER is much harder. I thought when I bought this company from my old boss I could run it ten times better than he could but as it turns out I have a hard time keeping up with the daily tasks that  have to get done to keep this place running smoothly. I love being the boss and having ultimate control over what goes on here but it’s hard knowing that whatever I do affects  everyone else in the office. I got wireless internet Austin so I could be in touch with my employees all the time, even when I wasn’t in the office, and that’s been really helpful  so far. I know everyone here knows I’m trying but it’s hard when things don’t go your  way and you feel like you’re letting everyone down, you know? I try my best but it’s  tough keeping a small company like this one in check and there’s just a lot more to  do than I ever would have thought at the end of the day, to be honest with you. I can’t  believe things are so out of control!
