About the author: Debora Coty is an occupational therapist, a piano teacher, and a freelance writer. She's also involved in the children's ministry at her church and is an avid tennis player. Debora began writing to fill the void when her last child left for college, and it has since become a passion. Debora has a real knack for getting across sound biblical concepts with a refreshing lightheartedness as attested in her monthly newspaper column entitled "Grace Notes: God's Grace for Everyday Living."

My Opinion
I really enjoyed this book and read it in only 1 day, it was a very easy read. I laughed out loud (LOL) a lot while I was reading it and can see some writing on the wall, as they say. Everything in the book is right on track and would make an excellent discussion book for a ladies group, book club or group of friends. I can see myself referring to over and over in the future. I'm not sure why we as women seem to beat ourselves up so much and not see that what's on the inside of us is much more inportant than the outside. I give this book 4 out of 5 stars for it's humorous approach to taming the beast inside of us.
